Healthy Bones Vegan helps in the maintenance and development of bones and teeth. Adequate calcium and vitamin D as part of a healthy diet may prevent bone loss and osteoporosis. Healthy Bones also helps to maintain tissue formation, healthy hair, healthy skin, healthy nails, normal electrolyte balance, and proper muscle function including the heart muscle.

Directions

Adults- Take three (3) capsules per day with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products.
